Our Services

At Krista Snyder, LMHC we offer comprehensive intake assessments, individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling.

We do not currently take insurance, but are working on obtaining insurance contracts! We currently accept all major credit or debit cards, Venmo, or PayPal. Session prices are listed under each service type.

Intake Assessment

We will review your psycho-social history, identify your reasons for entering treatment, identify what you would like to achieve, and develop a collaborative treatment plan. The length of this appointment varies based on individual need, but is typically 60-90 minutes.

Cost: $150

Individual Counseling

We will schedule individual sessions following your intake assessments based on the treatment plan that you and I have developed together. During these sessions, we will discuss life events, progress towards treatment plan goals, and any other concerns you would like to discuss!

Cost:

60 Minute Session: $100

45 Minute Session: $75

Couples Counseling

During these sessions, individuals in relationships will discuss barriers and challenges in their relationship, learn and practice healthy relationship communication skills, and identify collaborative goals with the intent to increase relationship satisfaction for all parties. All relationship types are welcome (LGBTQA+ relationships, poly-amorous couples, etc.)

Cost: $150

Family Counseling

During these sessions, family units will begin to identify functional roles, patterns of family conflict, and learn how to navigate family relationships to support the family's overall well-being.
